hotel not at par as per price quoted 50 paisa clinic plus shampoo with 2 Rs. Soap provided for bath. TV Remote not working AC is not at par cleaning issue towel and room smell cockroch in water no proper drinking water

Very bad hospitality and bed are not comfy the bed becomes too rough because the back may start hurting and w washroom jet spray not working properly and room smells really bad.

Proper service for food is not there, cleaning not good and management is poor though location is good

Good economical hotel in mp nagar. One can prefer one night stay. Service is not up to the mark. For drinking water bottle you have to call them 10 times then they will provide you one that to 500 ml open pack. It's better to bring water bottles with you if you are going to stay in this hotel.

Stay was nice, good kind of hospitality

I recently stayed at sang-at plaza for the second time and had a mixed experience. While there were some positives, there were also several areas that could be improved. Positives:staff support: the staff at sang-at plaza were very supportive, especially when i raised concerns about the initially assigned room. They promptly addressed the issue and even accommodated my request for a room change. Late check-out: despite some initial hiccups, the hotel staff were flexible and allowed me to have a late check-out, which was greatly appreciated. Areas for improvement:limited breakfast options: one major downside was the limited breakfast options available. As a guest, i expected a wider variety of choices to start my day off right. Pest control: the need for pest control was evident during my stay, which was disappointing and concerning for overall hygiene standards. Toiletries issue: although toiletries were listed during the booking process, they were not placed in the room upon arrival. It was only after requesting them that they were provided, which was inconvenient. Weird questions during check-in: the staff asked some unusual questions during the check-in process, which seemed unnecessary and slightly off-putting. While i understand the need for information, these questions could have been phrased in a better way to avoid any discomfort. Overall, despite being a returning guest, my experience at sang-at plaza initially left me let down. However, the supportive staff and flexibility regarding check-out time were appreciated. Nevertheless, improvements in breakfast options, pest control, and staff communication are necessary to enhance the overall guest experience.

Service is not good, don’t have professionalism. Also, room is small & not good ambient as a lighting.

Stay was ok but it not the same hotel i booked. I was booked hotel sang-at regency and you allotted hotel sang-at plaza which is cheaper than the other

Don't come here because this hotel is such a horrible experience i rec-emend go anywhere but don't come here l faced lots of issues age related issues for couples they allow only 21+ year women and check in process is very slow room was not prepared we had waited too much for prepare for room and londry was so dirty spouted and wrinkled water only comes in morning if you want hot water in noon then they give you want heater room was very dirty and contested and staff has not adequate knowledge we had ordered tea for two couples they after 45 minute they gave us only one cup of tea they don't have generater if light was gone then you should wait for coming light they don't know how to treat guest how to talk with them room was so cheaper bucket bedsheet pillow cover toilet bet h washing all are very very cheap toilet have designed like that was creck toilet 's water spray has leaked they take took much time for check in process such a horrible experience according to price very low quality hotel never ever go here.

Reached hotel in evening after meetings. Room was given away inspite of booking and pure payment. Then room 1 to room 2 to room 3. It was a bad experience. Unacceptable.

Very rude staff, all they want is to get money in their pocket. Hotel was completely empty and still they didn't allow to extend for few hours. Later they asked money in cash, so that they can have it in their pocket. Without any reason they will knock your room 10 times very loudly. Room was not properly clean. Could see multiple cockroaches roaming around

More improvement required, for house keeping services and uni formality of staff

Location is ok. I have ordered 2 items. 1 is aloo chat & matar pulav. A loo chat is not at all good, pulav is ok.

Overall it was good. One issue was there party hall was near the room and it was very noisy for some hours.

One of the best budget Hotel in Bhopal. Good service, clean and neat linen, good food and courteous staff.
