Rooms are okay but customer service and utilities aren't. We had booked the hotel more than 5 hours in advance of our arrival still the rooms weren't ready. The receptionist asked us to go to the 2nd floor. No one accompanied to the room. We were asked to carry soaps and ac remote along with our own luggage. When we opened the rooms we saw that the room was not cleaned up after earlier check out. When we complaint the receptionist came to see if we were speaking the truth. Then we were given the side room. There were no towels, no dustbins, in the rooms. Water is very dirty and hard. She had still not started the ac mcb even after reminding the 2nd time. Room service and other details were not shared earlier. We went out for dinner but after coming back we only noticed that the key of the door isn't active. Same when we came back from breakfast the next day. When we called the owner he asked us to go to the reception and activate the card, which we had to do everytime we go out. When asked why wasn't this informed earlier, he bluntly said that you never asked us. We had been on a holiday for the last 1 week and stayed at 3 different hotels earlier but haven't been treated like this anywhere. Won't recommend this hotel to anyone if this service continues.
