Review Of Hotel Saket

Starting from the entrance, the lobby was full of drain water. Room is not cleaned. Soap not provided. Instant of the water bottle they gave the water jug. Every time I had to go through water in the lobby area. Very bad Experience

I had a very disappointing experience at Hotel Stay. The room was infested with bedbugs, cockroaches, and a large number of mosquitoes. It was also poorly ventilated, making it feel suffocating and uncomfortable. Additionally, there were no kitchen facilities available before 1:00 PM during the day, which added to the inconvenience. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel.

Hotel denied for check due to voucher amount is low, they done the fresh booking on cash rs 2500/ - due to late night checkin, i was not have any other options. So mmt should work properly to get the checkin on time

Very good hotel. Hygiene, safe and secure. Don't expect a 5 star treatment it is a hotel wich provides what we need and gives us a pleasant stay. Though you have reservations make sure you confirm with hotel a head

Location of property is good. But all other things are not upto mark. They will call you in morning 10 am for check out. Hotel guy gave extra bill for tea. However tea was not ordered.

Initially hotel refused to hon-our mm t booking and asked me to cancel it and tried to force direct booking at front office. After lengthy arguments some how he provided room. Wasted a lot of time and upset the mood. Hotel manager says that he has sent many emails to mm t not to book through its portal but you are not listening, so has refused rooms to a lot of customers booked through you. It’s happening first about mm t booking, hotel forcing to cancel and denying room.

The hotel is located on the main road in civil lines. Easy to reach, location wise perfect. Cleanliness is also above par, service is good. Overall nice experience to stay there.

Place was in market area so good location, rooms were also clean and good but there was construction work going on from morning to night after 10:30 pm so it was very disturbing, food was also nice.
