it's a nice choice
The hotel is nearby railway station. I like the outside ambience of the hotel the trees and plants surrounding the hotel gives a luxurious feeling. The room was clean and well light.

coupleHousekeeping very very poor. They did not provide bath towels & after lot of insisting provided toiletries. Horrible experience. Quality has detoriated very much.

Nice and cozy stay
The room was very neat and clean and big. Food was also nice. Staff was also polite. I would definitely recommend.

Easy to stay
soloRoom was clean. Staff behaviour is polite. There food and services was best and conveyance easy available.

Property is good
Overall property is at good location and food was also good. Room was spacious. Service was fast. Clarity in communication was required to avoid last time conflicts from owner. But i will not suggest for corporate s its good for family functions.

Bad. Service regarding cleaning is not so good. Breakfast is so oily. Room service phone is not working.

This hotel stay is fabulous because 1. Location wise perfect 2. Rooms are hygienic and spacious 3. Parking within premises available 4. Room service is quick 5. Hospitality is awesome. Best place to stay in civil lines prayagraj

Hospitality and food excellent
soloThe location of the property is avrage. The staff is polite and helpful. The food is average but the rooms are clean and well equipped.

The rooms were decent however some important things were missing. No electric kettle. No brushing kit.

businessProperties location is awesome. Located 200 metres from civil lines bus stand. Ample of parking available at the property. Rooms were small but ok. Room service needs improvement. Linen cleanliness needs a bit of improvement as bedsheets were not so clean compared to the price they are charging. Overall good.

Staff was very rude
Staff was very rude, limited in room breakfast i have ask more they charged me 80 rupees, television is not working.
