I have stayed in this hotel twice before. I like the location of this hotel, I like the food a lot and the behavior of the staff here is also very good.

Location is OK WRT my office address but if it could be near to it then more better. Food option were hardly any I found as only Thali option was available. Quality was ok For amenities and service is OK. If received and see-off facility is available then it would be quiet good.

AC was not working properly due to which I could not even sleep properly so pls check everything deeply then provide the room.

The stay experience was not very good. The hotel staff did not provide the complimentary items even after multiple requests, such as the dental kit, etc. Even water was provided only after several requests. Despite informing them, the tv was not made to work properly by the hotel staff.

The hotel was ok, but welcome was very bad, as we reached the hotel at 7 o'clock morning, but no early check-in was allowed, even they didn't had any extra washroom, i had two ladies accompanying me. And when we checked in the room was ok but again the washroom was not good.
