Worst hotel for the given price range. The bathtub was way too small, hot water available for only 2 hrs in the morning, unclean room and beds, no proper drinking water. The breakfast was free but very bad quality and small portions. The room service is bad. Congested car parking.

Please do not book this hotel. This is not hotel. It just lodge & their charges like hotel. Room was dirty. The bed was nasty. Not worth with that much high price

Great hospitality and staff behaviour. Rooms were delux.

Hotel staff and owner was very supportive and comparative but the room condition are not at all good. But staff listen your compliments and ready to make you more comfortable. We booked our room with breakfast. But according our room conditions we don't want to stay thier for much time, but owner wr requested us and convinced for breakfast. And really food was awsome. They really need to work on renovation.

We(family) stayed at hotel sai exectuive for 3n, hotel owner surprised us by coming to pick us up early morning at bus stop. Mr. Tanhaji the owner has been a exceptional host and the services provided by him were exceptional and prompt. We ordered for something and he delivered it at the earliest.

Stay was pleasant and reception people were great. Room with bath tub is must to stay. Just the parking is the issue for this property. Other than than had a great experience with sai executive.

Location is very close to the main mahabaleshwar market hardly 5 mins walk from the bus stand, they will make sure you can eat in your room with some delicious food which you order, rooms were super clean and staff were maintaining social distance, a big thumbs up to mr. Tanaji, he is gem of a person in hospitality, since the day before of our booking till we reached our home back, he was constantly there to take care of us, he made sure we don't miss anything in terms if services, a never say no person, overall, a great stay and surely will recommend my friends and relatives to book a stay again, when visit to mahabaleshwar.

3 star hotel sai executive located just near the market(perfect location, the hotel is clean and provides u great hospitality. The hotel owner mr. Tananj is very helpful and will guide u throughout your stay. The staffs were very helpful. The hotel provides u almost every facilities from good rooms, with clean bathtub, hot water, breakfast. I suggest to everyone who all are visiting in mahabaleshwar please book this hotel and enjoy your stay.

Everything was excellent from room to food staff

This property is situated in the main market (heart of Mahabaleshwar) so any time you get out from the hotel you will find everything which you are looking for. I gave 5 stars for this property, and I saw a few reviewers gave 2-3 stars. When I asked for hotel manager Mr. Tanaji, he said now management is changed from April 2021 and he has assured to all clients for best experience and the same thing I found in my 2 days stay with this property. The images you see posted by the owner are really genuine. Even I captured you can refer. Trust me according to the price you will get more than best experience you thought of. Mr.Tanaji(property owner) has his own tourist vehicle for sightseeing and all places to visit in mahabaleshawr in best price.

Hotel is awesome special staff is helpful. Room was clean. You will easily find the location.
