Hotel staff was friendly and polite and helped us in every way they could. I would recommend this hotel to others

Stay was Good and pleasant, main advantage is that it is nearby the temple, walking distance, the only con I experienced was that no Toiletries provided. Rest was good,food was also good.

Food was not good. After consuming the food I am facing dehydration and food infection. Room was uncleaned and so many mosquitoes in the room. Towels provided by staff were very unhygeine.

Terrible experience - zero stars 1. Property is very small and has parking only for 3 cars. We had checked before booking regarding parking space and were assured that there is ample parking 2. Property is a b&b and not a proper hotel, no lobby, no aminoties, 1 tiny restaurant which has 3 tables, 3. Staff are lazy and do not understand the concept of customer service. We had to repeatedly ask for placing water, toiletries and towels in the room. Never came to clean the rooms. 4. Pest control was not done. On our first night, hundreds of ants were all over our luggage and dry food items. On calling the reception we were told that we shouldn't have kept sweet food items in the room - what in the world. When we checked further there were thousands of ants outside the room as well over the wall and going upto the terrace (we were on the top floor. 5. On asking for change of room we were told that they were running full and no rooms were available. 6. The manager and owner who could actually make decisions were not available during the stay. No point giving feedback.

The room was not as we expected, no ventilation, stinking bathroom and the owner was rude.

Do not choose room on ground floor there was a live kitchen behind the window of bathroom. Food smell was coming all the time and also not same for ladies. Room on 1 st floor was quite good

It was a wonderful stay there all the amenities like ac, washroom, room cleanliness, internet facility etc absolutely fantastic and easy to locate hotel address with well behaved staff and suggested all to visit.

The good thing was the toiletries and towels. Areas of improvement: 1. The room was so small that a person could not walk comfortably towards the other side of the bed. 2. The bathroom was too congested. 3. Ac wasn't working and we had to shift to another room late on the night which had the connected window of the restaurant kitchen and there were too many sounds from the kitchen and reception area late on the night. Couldn't sleep well or take proper rest.

Great experience. Mr kamal yadav helped a lot. He also arranged a beautiful cake on the occasion of my birthday. Room is very neat and clean. Food is also very good. They served us at 1 am in the night. Great hospitality. Keep up the good spirit.

Room was neat and clean, size was comfort for 2 adults and 1kid. No locker to keep luggage. Kitchen was back of room and light was on till 11. 00pm. Suggesting to change the screen cloth to dark colour to avoid the light.

The best thing i would say is i got delayed in reaching shirdi and thought the hotel wouldn't allow me to check in at 2 pm in the night but they were sol helpful and welcoming at 2 pm in the night too. They even did the paperwork for pur darshan and were very courteous and helpful. Baba bless them.

The room size should be a bit large. The staff is quite good and helpful also they help is early check in and late checkout.

Everything was good, really a good experience, service provided was also good and inf-act the food was up to the mark.

Hotel staff was very polite and restaurant service was good food also delicious but room was to small no ventilation in the room the room window open in the other shop due to that lots of suffocation in the room.

Hotel location is nearby sai temple, it was a great stay there with full cleanliness at room, it was feel like a luxury room. Highly recommended.
