The water is not hot even in the early morning, and there is no mirror in the bathroom for shaving purposes

Location is convenient and easy to access, rooms were neat and clean, but extra bed for kids not offered

Stay was good but complimentary breakfast was horrible. The restaurant where we were told to go for breakfast was just bad, medu vada not available, it's over was their curt reply. Tea or coffee not available since inverter was working. I strongly suggest that nobody should go for complimentary breakfast. They rudely told us to complain to hotel management. They are not bothered. Else complementary breakfast should be served in hotel only.

Hotels need to work on maintenance of basic amenities like ac remote broken, shower not working, western toilet cleaning jet pressure low fan creates abnormal sound.

I had arrived at 1400 hrs already informed and contacted via telephone .still needs to wait for check in as room are not ready . Ready rooms had empty soap . As I got late and needs to go out ,I just asked the husekeeper for correction . I arrived after making holy worship at room with AC Not working ,No phone to contact reception .I got down he gives me mobile number and told he will come and check . he had visited 3 times but AC problem was not solved .I had contacted Make my trip No help from there . I really feel I had done a blunder booking at Make my trip . I will surely not repeat the same .

Rooms are clean and staffs are cooperative. It is very near to temple and market as well.food is not available.tv is not working.

I strongly warn everyone against booking a reservation at this hotel! They are completely unprofessional—rooms are never provided on time, they make you wait for hours, and worst of all, they refuse to refund your money!

The location was convenient, as the temple and market were nearby. Check-in was at 11:00 A.M. for 2 AC rooms for the 2 days, and also I was allowed to stay for an extra 1 hour at the time of checkout. However, my experience was disappointing. I checked into the hotel at 9:00 P.M., and upon noticing the AC wasn't working, I immediately reported it. Unfortunately, the staff kept insisting it would be fixed, but after a long argument with no resolution, I requested a mattress to put another booked room of mine to manage the night. The next day they changed our room. My suggestion is that if the AC in a room is not functioning, they should not accept bookings for that room. The overall behavior was unprofessional.

Room was not readdy when we reached even prirror notice of 2 hr before our reaching water provided were not sealed packed foods they provided are outside food they dont have there own kitchen

I booked 2 deluxe room but hotel manager said you have to accept one deluxe room & second double occupancy room. My check in time 12:00 but when we reach at 2;00pm he said we dint have room service boy so u have to wait till he completed. We check in 4:00 clock with no towels available & not provided bisleri 2 bottles complimentary. Hotel having no restaurant. When we reach lift is not working. We have to wait at lobby. My money waste please blacklisted this hotel. When we reach at time 2 more customer argument with manager for same reason. My money gone wasted through makemytrip.

Hotel sai shri is a good to stay at shirdi walking distance from shri sai mandir. Staff behavior was good and very supportive. Rooms were neat and clean.

We stayed a day over here it was good experience and receptionist and room boy are friendly worth for the money
