frequent power cut, no cleanliness, room full of roaches and lizards plus mosquitoes as bonus. Bathroom door damaged, so no privacy to lock up. No value for money. MMT u can’t just charge customers so high for such pathetic property, trust issues now, not worth of 500 Re property

I had a very unpleasant experience during my stay at Sahana Palace. 1. The receptionist was extremely rude and had a lot of attitude, which made check-in uncomfortable. 2. The overall service was poor and not up to expectations. 3. The air conditioning in the room was not cooling properly. 4. The bathroom was dirty and not well maintained. This experience was far below acceptable standards, and I hope the management takes serious steps to improve.

AC not working. Toilets not cleaned. Passage full of dust. No room attendant. No parking area. So, road is parking place. No restaurant. Receptionists are not receptive. I wish that excess charges for A C room should be refunded to me.

No cleanliness. Even toilet not kept clean. Staff not so co operative. No restaurant. attached. No room attendants. Overall, it was very poor. Bed linen appears to have been used before by guests.

These people asked extra money for extra bed which is already booked. Room was not clean linen was dirty and dusty

Nice stay but not much facilities, would suggest to take ac rooms, coz of weather and humidity.

I searched the hotel is reasonable price and hotel maintenance is good, i had food from outside so i don’t know abut food over there

Property location is near the main ankola town and near by to bus stand & restaurants. The non deluxe 4 bed room is comparatively better w. R. T cleanliness and hygiene compared to non deluxe single bedroom. Can't expect any room service from the property

Hotel room was not clean. There were few ants near bed. I have to ask to clean everything. I booked as last minute deal as i was planning to come one day before. Not good experience. Too expensive as per facility provided.

Flush is not working. It is not worth to the price. It is not higiene. It is not good and not satisfied

Property is little interior place. Not on main road. No parking facility inside hotel. Vehicles has to be parked on road. Poor maintenance and ac out door units. I booked 4 rooms 2 rooms ac did not work at all. Rest 2 rooms ac worked buthulu room doesnt get cooled. Overall i dont recommend u this. Better u look for some good stay at nearby place kumta

Charge was too high. Room does not have working tv, drinking water is charged, no phone to speak to reception

Good location centre of akola city near to highway

Location is bang in Ankola. On the other hand no breakfast available despite breakfast being included in our package.

Good hospitality and good service of the staff

The property is inaccessible by four wheeler on saturday as the road to the hotel is blocked by local market. Though the owner said will send a boy to show us the back route to hotel, he didn't arrive in time.
