No bed sheet provided ,no water provided, careless response ,no house keeping,no bucket and jug in bathroom to bath ,no hot water ,tv not working ,switches not working ,I had my life’s worst experience with hotel booking …

It was not pleasant stay for me.. Cockroach are everywhere in the Bathroom and also no wifi signals.. It's not worth cost we have paid..

Room with dirty smell. Not preferable for family. Preferable only for parties. No hot water available.

I paid for the ac room, but the ac in my room didn't work at all. Not worth the money. 2

I have travel-led with family and booked 2 super deluxe ac rooms. While checking in they told me there are no rooms with double bed and allocated rooms with 2 separate beds. Rooms were not at all clean and dust everywhere. All of us started sneezing immediately. In one room ac was not working. To accept and change room they took nearly 5hrs. New room was also in same status but, ac was working. However, it had no remote. When asked, they told me to switch off mcb if it becomes very chill. This arrangement had spoiled my whole sleep itself. Towels were very dirty and we couldn't dare to use them. There was no geaser in any room and if we need hot water we should request them and they will bring in a bucket. The only best part was staff was very polite. Overall it was the terrible experience and i don't prefer to even consider for my next travel.

Lot of problems in getting the room hotel not allowed to check in. Makemytrip charges me double the charges which the hotel price for direct entry. Hotel ask me to pay again in hotel even-though i paid to makemytrip entire amount.

The location is the only advantage near the bus stand. Food was OK but not worth.
Not worth definitely. Not the attitude service and room ambience and cleanliness is definitely not worth the price.
