Asked to check out early even when I paid full amount

first of all it is an Irctc retiring room and not private hotel.We came by evening 7.15 pm but they said we haven't received any booking in my name even though I have paid full amount.After some argument he said he will offer one room bug we have to vacate by 9.30 am next day.We opposed that since we have paid full amount and the check out time is 12.00 am only.But he said he has alloted the room to others.This is highly unfair and the next day we left by morning 6.00 am he told go keep the luggage at cloak room and said he will temporarily provide on room for refreshment when we return after 9.30 am.This is totally unacceptable and I have to be compensated for compulsary early check out and also the hardship I had faced with my family.Moreover this room is not suitable for elders as they have to climb steps to reach the room.Totallya bad experience Location ok but no food available.It is a IRCTC retiring room.We have to pay seperatly for parking also.Moreover we were asked to vacate the room by 9.30 am itself even though check out is available till 12.00 am.Overall very bad experience.Pls remove the name as Fresh up Thanjavur and mention as IRCTC retiring room as most of them may not get misled as ourselves

The fresh-up restaurant is not actually a restaurant. It is a retiring room / relaxing room which is available in the platform one in first floor. The water heater is already repaired, hot water was not available in room and the toilet is not cleaned as per the review placed in the makemytrip and over all experience is bad

1. First of its not hotel, it’s dormitory. 2. They don’t show lounge room pic. 4. I booked 3 lounge room for 3 person. But when i came to this hotel we got three lounge bed in a dormitory. There is no room it is just you need to be in a hall with strangers. Why the hell i am booking for room when i need to sleep in a dormitory surrounded by strangers. Worst experience ever. Nobody is there to help you as well. I tried to complain about it to receptionist but no help. Pathetic
