Review Of Hotel Royal Island-Sundarban

Everything is fine but there is no view of River. And as per location there is nothing to do. But Hotel staff is helpful and food is also good.

Staff was friendly especially Mr. Suman and food they prepared on our order was good considering we were pure vegetarians.

Nice Hotel. Specially the staffs are very helpful. Mr Suman is there who is a very helpful person and he can manage all the matters.

Hotel's interior, location is too good but the service was unexpected. They don't have any kitchen inside the Hotel and outside, we cant find any Hotel or dhaba. Next thing is they couldn't provide the food or tea we asked for. Not even roti. And finally the food bill. Oh my god. It was beyond our imagination. Overall this hotel is not so comfortable for us and I guess for anybody else.

Newly built, the hotel shows good investment on construction, but lacks general maintenance, cleanliness, service. You will find a homely feeling but you can't expect any fair service. You will find new TV but without connection, spacious all provisioned bathroom without geyser etc. And importantly not at all cleaned. Regarding food you have to manage with rice and one curry, because one staff will look after everything for the entire hotel from cleaning to providing a cup of tea. But it's okay, homely if can do everything on your own. Thanks.

Don't go to this hotel. It's secluded. Poor room service. It's just terrible. My parents went there and suffered.

Location is good but service is very slow and food variety is limited.
No geyser available so we had to ask for hot water for bath.

Hotel is under construction. Services is good. No restaurant.
