I really loved staying here. The view is beautiful. Very pleasant & helping owner! Food is also amazing.

Very bad behaviour and not getting support and also hotel owner language is very bad it's a very very bad experience.

They are misbehave. They wanted more money from me and that’s why the manager of the hotel misbehave with me.

Tv not working, bed sheet not clean, bathroom water outlet rusted. Water leaking from ceiling and many more

In good location, food and traveling experience is also so good. Booking through makemytrip also give us some discount.

In hospitality industry you needs to be polite & cooperative in nature with the guest but here that lady who intro herself as a owner of it is very rigid and don't have any courtesy to listen the query or issue of guest. Not only this there is a issue in service also like rooms are not cleaned on checkin time, early check-in request ignored, in night water is not coming in toilet, hot water is not coming in taps & few others. Late night entry is also not allowed. Am not going to recommend anyone in my contact for this property even the location is good.

Hygiene very poor, toilet are in pathetic condition, bedsheets and blanket not clean, very bad smell, staff are unprofessional

Room is dirty. Most of the furniture are broken. Toilet chocked. Staff behaviour is good trying to address the issues. But not proper resources available to address the issue. Hotel fooding 8s pure veg however not mentioned it during booking.

Not much good experience at this place. Due to the festival almost every hotel is booked, so i stay here. The welcoming was good but the room is not clean and not having a hot water facility in the bathroom.

Location is too good, food is good even owners are decent but rooms are very worst. Not worth for families. No cleanliness, tv n ac was not working and bathroom was very much terrible n no hot water too.

Money doesn't worth for that room. At this price you can get some extra ordinary room at that location. Just raise your spending more and you will get 4 star property to stay just beside that.
