Ashiyana Hotel

Location is far inside difficult to drive in congested area, no parking facility available there, not advisable for family stay.

Hotel was amazing. Hotel staff very humble and supportive. Facilities was also good. Location of hotel is also good. In this hotel early check-in is acceptable without charges. In this price best accommodation here. I am completely satisfied with this deal. Overall my rating is 5/5.

Immediately after booking owner called and shared new location verbally for the booked property. I am not sure why it was not updated on MMT. One of our room upgraded to the 4 bed in place of 3 bed as rooms were not ready. No food arrangements were there. Even when we asked for arranging tea in morning, answer was it is too far to bring tea, so go by self and drink outside. Owner was not comfortable in providing good experience to us rather than he was more interested in doing self appraisals and sharing his own experiences. Overall it was an average stay. Moreover we feel like staying in PG in place of the hotel.

If there were an option to give zero stars, I absolutely would. This place is a nightmare as a hotel. We booked four rooms, and every single one had a ceiling leak — not just a drip, but full-on water pouring down like a broken pipe! And the manager? Easily the most arrogant and useless person I’ve ever dealt with in the hospitality industry. Instead of apologizing or offering help, he shrugged it off and acted like we were the problem. No sense of responsibility, no customer service — just pure attitude. While I’ll give credit where it’s due — the housekeeping staff did their best and were polite — it’s obvious that they’re working with terrible management and poor facilities.

Access to hotel from car is very difficult. Do not surprise if you book an AC room and the AC would not work. Half of the amenities claimed are not available. Minral water and food are not provided. Though, the staff and manager were humble and helpful.

It was the only available budget hotel at the time of diwali 2025 in Diu. The bedding was excellent,they provided towels, soaps and shampoos to us. It was a good experience and glad I took the decision to book a room for my family in Ashiana.

Room is average. Fish smells are very high. no food available. overall average hotel. road is narrow. car parking not available.

5 mints inside from main road by car. Rood is bit narrow to drive inside the street road. But good from all other way . Clean hotel and nice environment.

Did not have any meal services within the hotel.. The place was clean it is not on the main road but is a 10-15 min walk so isn't that bad for the price either

Hotel me washroom ka system acha nhi tha.. shower bhi thik se kaam nhi kar raha tha.. room ka ac bhi fix temperature pe set Kiya hua tha.. service bhi thik thi ..

Location was in quite peaceful and room are so clean and staff are cooperative overall good to stay.

all amenities are there & working, as they are showing in their hotel pics. for location I'm suggesting for guys who don't want to stay means want to spent night only.
