Terrible Stay

Location is fantastic just on the highway. But check in process was bit lousy. Rooms were not ready. Lacked basic amenities like towel and toiletries. Nothing was provided. Food was good. But reception called for payment of food bill as his shift was getting over which could have been settled at checkout without disturbance.
