Review Of Hotel Remi

Location of this hotel is very good. It is close to the lake. It is close to the most of food joints. It is close to the government museum, but, service need to be improved. They will allow only families. (maybe. Food is not served as they do not have kitchen. Service is not that much good hotel is big, but most of the times, it is vacant, people may find very less staff to serve them. Many people may find owner rude, but he keeps minding his own business. He will not disturb you. Rooms are very clean. Overall hygiene is very good.

The staff was very rude. There are no services for contacting staff. The room is not hygiene. The walls are poor. This was the most terrible experience. It is a total waste of money

Good stay but no food available

Hotel is very old feels like dharmashala, no mineral water bottle given in room, insects are roaming in rooms, lift is not good, no restaurant so no room service, no man power to pick luggage very nasty experience. Walls cracked

When we visited at 6 am early morning with three children, hotel staff directly saying if u have booked online we can not allow you in hotel. We can give u room only at 10:00 am. Even he has not allowed us to seat in hotel premise. He said that 12 rooms already are vacated but still he will not give us room because u booked. U should directly call us then we will give u best service. I requested we have children and chilled atmosphere, very tired due to night traveling but still he completely ignored us and asked us to seat outside of hotel premise. There was not even humanitarian approach toward us not for our children. Then after much arguments, he has given us 1 room. Overall, it was a terrible experience.

Very bad. The actual cost of room is rs. 2500 and make my trip is making fool to us. All rooms were empty.

No dustbin, no hot water throughout the day. Tv was faulty. Rates were terribly high compared to services and other peers

We had a pleasant stay at hotel remi. The rooms were big, clean and well ventilated. The staff was cordial and welcoming. The hotel is centrally located to dinning places, market and lake.

By booking online I had to pay much more than the Hotel actually deserves. The room was good and it had a tv but it was not recharged so we could not enjoy it. The Hotel did not provide any drinking water and the toiletries were not there too. We had to ask for the towels. The cleanliness could have been better.

The stay was good. The location was quite convenient. The staff behavior was great but the staff was not available in the Hotel on few occasions. Otherwise, the hygiene of the Hotel is great.

It was business trip, room and interior facilities was good location, Hotel services and staff behavior was also good. Overall it was good stay. I would like to suggest to all.

In comparison to the other hotels nearby, Hotel Remi is centrally and most favourably located. Also, the area where it is located is very quiet and peaceful. Most of the tourist places are very close by. Only, for meals, one has to go elsewhere. Otherwise, Hotel Remi is quite ok.

Remi Hotel is very bad to live, not Worth with money which I paid. Hotel management was not well behaved and not cooperative. Basic things was not there, very inconvenient with my family and kids.

Hotel was not at per our expectations. Need restaurant as well playing area for kids. Took longer time for check in. Most of the channels were exhausted at Tata sky.
