The room is not hygienic and unclean, the room and bathroom are very horrible

Receptionist behavior is not good. I reached there at 10 pm waiting there above 45 minutes. After that the person through the key & i'd. As well there one night price is 1900 including tax & breakfast make my trip charged me 2300 with out breakfast.

Okok hotel, not so much wow. Was expecting a little more good service

They should mention they provide breakfast after not before 9. Otherwise no problem decent stay at the hotel.

Room service can be improved. Need to provide more toiletries. Restaurant is available in the hotel.

The quality of the hotel was commensurate with the room fare. Staff was nice and courteous. Food was really good. Housekeeping can be improved in rooms especially bathroom.

Please don't go if family. I had very horrible stay at hotel ramraj malegaon. The hotel is not meant for family. Service is too bad. No one picks up call at reception n house keeping. They have very bad attitude. We have to take our luggage ourselves to room. There are not helpful. There is no car parking. We have to park it outside. We booked the hotel looking at reviews but it's all fake. We had a year old baby with us, we could sleep at night. There were drinkers in opposite room who were making lot of noise also were having cigarette and the smoke was coming in our room. When we complained they said they are doctors and will go in some time. I literally was going to call police and complain. Those ppl left at 2 am till then we were very not sleeping as our baby was getting disturbed. The cctv they can c. When we called them at 11 pm for water bottle, they said we can't come. My husband had to go down n get it. They were very rude. The person at night. We ate our dinner at 8 pm n kept the plates out n told them to come n collect. Still they called us 2 times for the same. They came and rang bell 2 times at night fir no work so disturbing. The rooms are small also no electric kettle no cups glasses are dirty. Pleas don't go on reviews. It's a horrible place
