Review Of Hotel Ratna

This is the third day I have visited this hotel. The rooms are very specious. clean and well maintained. friendly reception. booking through MakeMyTrip is the very happiest experience

the geaser was not working the tv was not working one of the rooms was bad

Hotel Ratna stay is comfortable and food is very good and also service is good

stay was good , but food was ok. parking was available and cctv as well in a parking as guard as well.the staff was very punctual and well behaved. overall it was very good experience.

When I reached the hotel, I was told there are no standard AC rooms available even when I booked and paid for the 2 standard AC rooms . They asked me to talk to MakeMyTrip customer care instead, I reached the hotel at around 1 AM, when I insisted I wanted the AC rooms at the reception they somehow managed one AC room and another Delux AC room. I see a clear lack of communication between the Hotel and the MakeMyTrip. I did not see any phone numbers as well to talk to the hotel after Booking.

This hotel is not recommended for senior citizens like us. There are no support railings and slopes at the entrance to enter the hotel reception. Difficult for climbing steps. There are no support grips in wash rooms.

Good hotel in convenient location, food quality needs to be improved, services were good and staff shown great hospitality.

For us it was conveniently located and the property is maintained appropriately. The restaurant within the hotel is convenient.

Decent hotel for a town like warangal. Do not expect 5 star facilities here. Reasonable pricing and has restaurant too. We didn't utilise their restaurant as they serve both veg & non-veg. But overall experience was good.

Washrooms not good. No water bottles provided. Tv not working. Room not cleaned properly. Google maps location in maps is not correct. I didn’t took the pics

I am staying 4 member but bed is so small i am re q one extra bed but his charges that not good. Food is goood, more expensive

Old rooms with old furniture, room stinks, and cockroaches in the room. Food is too expensive but taste and quality are very bad. Outside food not allowed inside the hotel.

Food at attached restaurant is also good, tariff on slightly higher side

The hotel is centrally located. Though it is an old building, maintenance is good. Bed sheets and pillow covers are clean. Hotel staff are polite and prompt. A good restuarant is located on the ground floor and beverages like tea, coffee, horlics etc are slightly over priced.

The hotel is located centrally to the town, rooms are ok, a/c, wifi, hot water, room service available. Food is yummy.
