stay was good,food, testy, cleaning of rooms good but bathrooms not so much cleaned. location n connectivity good.

Food is delicious. Environmemt is safe! will come soon again. How to upgrade?

Hospitality standards are very high at ratan palace the owner including the staff is very polite and always available for any kind of assistance rooms are neat and clean meals and stay is also available at reasonable rate value for money

Once you compromise with the location but the experience was not good. Bed sheet was dirty. Toilet was not clean. Hotel staff a bit supportive.

It's an average one, not worthy as compared to the charges of the room. Rooms are average but the cleanliness of the room is not as per the expectations. Services is good but all stuck around the match of money and facilities. So overall average but not worthy according to the charges.

Good hotel with good services and with good cleanliness. Hotel person were very cooperative and good in nature. Furniture was also very good and all things were also neat and clean. TV, AC FACILITIES WERE ALSO VERY nice. Overall, hotel was very nice to stay during travelling.

It's good hospitality that they are fully booked but for me they provided another hotel which is more expensive but they paid extra charges from them pocket. I give them full mark for this. That's thumbs up deal.

A nice hotel in the main market. Stayed for 1 night. A good hotel. Clean and good services. Had very pleasant stay. Except for geyser all basic requirements were available in the room. Restaurant services were nice.
