I searched for the hotel on MakeMyTrip, the food was good but the price was too high compared to the room. For the same amount in Dehradun, you can get luxury options like Red Fox or Comfort Inn

Property was clean & the staff was also friendly, the location is also Quiet & good as its on the old mussoorie road.

The service was very good rooms were clean and the food quality was also good. I enjoyed the stay must visit.

No spa at the property. Complimentary dinner does not have buffet and no non veg. Same goes with breakfast the preparation was pathetic. Plz do not fall for this hotel worst stay ever

Never seen such poor service in any hotel. There was neither any fixed timing for breakfast nor any menu. We waited for 1:30 hrs after placing an order for breakfast and the worst experience was that i found a glass piece in rice which i stopped chewing by god's grace otherwise i didn't know what would have happened.

1 guest comes with a pet dog 🐕 infront my room and at night the dog barks many time this was the burst experience and I have a late checkin around at 11 pm when I reached there was no staff for putting my luggage in my room . I just take my luggage at my own . experience was not good for this property .

This is the only hotel i have seen so far which charges you for providing mineral water bottles and staff declined for providing towels also ! no toiletries available ! parking issues too.

Parking is a big fuss. There is an issue between hotel and restaurant owner regarding parking of guests. Even luggage offloading is difficult. Staff is not very hospitable getting heating iron for clothes is difficult ac remote was not available in room

As-tron stay was, pleasant. Room was very clean and i'm very particular about linen and bathroom cleanliness which was also very good. Restaurant staff needs more training as they didn't understand basic things like a pot of tea is required but overall a good place especially if u are in dehra for work
