it's not worth the price. No water... The rooms are very small.... and the mentioned price is too much

The room was good but maintenance can be better, there were marks on bed and room floor cleaning is not up to mark

The hotel room was good but the hotel charged me 500rs extra bcz the checkout time was 8am in the morning and my train was at 5pm so I checked out at 2pm please fix this check out time next time

Good service best hotel

The service is poor. The list of inconvenience I had on the property. 1. No Wifi 2. TV is not working 3. Fan was not working properly 4. Hygiene issue I have informed about these issues to the property manager as well and he did not take proper action, lately he send the house keeping for room cleaning however did not fix the remaining issues.

There is no hygiene, fans aren't working, Wi-Fi is mentioned on MMT but in reality hotel doesn't provide Wi-Fi

caring and prompt service, immediately taken action for emergency, helped for safe stay , assistance for local trips

It was a very pleasant stay at the hotel.Looking to come back again.The food especially the complimentary breakfast was best, followed by launch & dinner. As it was infront of the beach ,I was enjoying each & every bit of time spent at Vizag.

I have taken 3 rooms for stay two nights, in 2 rooms TV not working, flushing not working, rooms also very small, blanket provided is not good conditions, no wifi, but only good is it is near by railway station

the reception person behave very rudely to the customer. His response with customers are very pathetic. waiting minimum 01hour at the reception. very pathetic response from the reception party
