Thank you for your kind review. Oura is a Budget Hotel with location , cleanliness , homely atmosphere as our USP. We have a SUPER DELUXE CATEGORY of Room also which are a little bigger around 125 sq ft . Next time we will love to host you again.

Dear Sir,Greetings from Hotel Rajendra ResidencyWith regards with your review we are sorry for the inconvenience caused to you but for your information you have booked Rajendra Deluxe room which room size is 110 square feet so it will be small only and you booked the room for 2 person but you came with 2 child so as a dignity we havent charged extra for your child and that day our we had full occupancy so we couldn't upgrade the room and for your kind information our Ac is manually operatable Ac so if you had asked for assistance we would have set the Ac on right temperature for you and about water over flowing from bathroom that totally depends on guest water usage and about tv recharge we have done the recharge but there was some technical problem from Tata sky end so we couldn't resolve it on the very said time. Inconvenience is deeply regrated. We will try to rectify our mistake. Thanks for staying with us.Regards,Subhadeep Hotel Manager

We are a business class hotel in the busiest place of guwahati and with limited parking space. However, on pure request and subject to availability sufficient space can be arranged for car but on minimum parking charges.
