Review Of Hotel Rajat Grand

We didnt travel-led due to family reason and cancel-led the hotel but hotel staff treated very terribly and didnt cancel-led out hotels and waiting for refund

Room was very good and clean. Enjoyed my stay here.

No restaurants, no complimentary water, location is only good, very old hospitality

There was no room service, even for the tea, no exhaust fan in bathroom, ac wiring was open and tapped risky for occupant, lift was marked permanently out of order, cable tv was not recharged hence not working. Even soap, shampoo etc were not provided in second day, 1 room was permanently st-incing

The hotel is very dirty and the room can make you sick. I immediately checked out after checkin. Cannot recommend to anyone.

Stay and food both services are very good.

Bathroom is not cleaned and jet spray is not working so I change my room

I am a business traveller. Stay at Rajat Grand was a good experience and I would recommend this to the guys who was to save some bucks in their business travels. Although cleanliness is a problem in washrooms but rooms were good and comfortable, staff was courteous.

To conclude. Its ok stay. Should improve food quality.

Not good experience to stay at Rajat Grand Hotel in Varanasi

The staff is very bad. Not at all cooperative.

No WiFi, no TV, continue running tap, breakfast arrangement after 8:30. In my two days trip I couldn't get my complimentary breakfast.

Stay was pleasant and nice when I am travelling to Varanasi. I used to stay only in Rajat hotel due to his service and food quality.

Room & front office attender ( Pawan both are ridiculous & worst... Staying in this hotel is equal to Lodge... They don't have mineral water.. No Bath soaps in toilet... No proper lights in rooms.. Horrible stay.
