Excellent rooms, humble and good responding staff.

The service was good and the staff made sure to ensure a comfortable stay. They even upgraded our rooms free of charge as we stayed for 4 nights. The patio was a nice addition to the room and the location was free of noise and chaos.

I stayed at kaas , a beautiful boutique hotel in Banaras, along with my close friend. The experience was truly delightful. The property is very neat, clean, and has such a serene charm—tucked away from the chaos of the city, it offers a quiet and peaceful atmosphere that makes you instantly feel at ease. The staff deserve a special mention—each one of them was warm, helpful, and ever so prompt. A special thanks to Adarsh, whose kindness and attentiveness really stood out and made our stay even more memorable. The breakfast spread was simply amazing and a perfect start to the mornings. If I may suggest one small thing—it would be lovely if a designated smoking zone could be arranged for guests who may need it. Otherwise, everything was perfect, and I’d love to return here again.

Stayed there for 2 days. Everything is top notch be it the ambience the staff courtesy the food . Dum aloo are a must try. The rooms are spacious and beautiful. The property is far away from the city hustle bustle. Approachability is an issue but overall we had a great experience.

We had a fantastic and comfortable stay at KAAS by Safarnama!! It is aesthetically built, rooms were spot less and the staff were extremely attentive and helpful. We requested a late check out which they obliged. Breakfast was excellent as well. Centrally located to explore various tourist destinations . Will definitely recommend this stay in Varanasi.

This is a lovely spacious boutique hotel. I had a very short stay with my dad but the first thing you notice is that the rooms are extremely spacious compared to other hotels in the same price point. The behaviour of staff is delightful and very friendly. Very homely food, the poori sabji served for breakfast was delicious. Not to forget the coffee which they gave was brilliant! Unfortunately, I was traveling a lot of the time so I didn't get to try their dining menu. However, I would definitely recommend Kaas by Safarnama purely based on homeliness, behaviour of staff and the comfort of rooms. Will definitely book this place again if and when I visit Varanasi. Also, it's pretty close to the railways station and is very accessible to the ghats. They also arrange cabs and rickshaws depending on your needs.

My stay at kaas was super comfortable and homely. It is a beautifully designed property. The rooms are spacious, and clean with beautiful earthy interiors. The staff is very hospitable and well behaved. The food is also simple and tasty. They will guide you on how to visit temple and arrange transportation on request. They have OTTs available in the in-room TV. Overall the stay was perfect. Will recommend to friends and family.

The property is beautiful located in a quiet locality in Varanasi.Though a bit far away from the ghats,the property has a peace of its own.The rooms were very clean and pretty.The managers were also very cooperative,I woke up early and wanted a cup of tea and thought the kitchen was closed the manager managed to get me tea which was a very sweet gesture.The breakfast was also were very good,especially their shakshuka,tea and parathas.Overall the experience was very good.Definitely staying there again
