Very bad response Hot water not working washroom for 2 days

location is good in the City opposite to hospital but the service is too much slow as in we called and remind them for soft drink 3 times and we received it after 1hr.. same for cleaning the used lunch plates they didn't come so we kept it outside the door and it was lying there till next day morning.. food is average but only select food .. we called for shahi paneer and we received it like a milk completely white in colour. Overall the stay and location is better but the service is too slow.

Rooms were small as compared to the price of room. I booked for 2 nights and after 1 night I wanted to cancel but hotel said I can’t so I stayed. Okay stay.

Hotel service was very poor rooms were unhygienic and hotel manager wasn't responsible for any query, my worst stay of the year 2025 till now after paying rs 4125 per day

Room was average as compare to tarrife, complimentry breakfast buffet is good will recomnd if room terrif is around 1500

Bedding was very dirty. Rooms were stinking like hospital rooms. Very substandard toiletries. Dedingins were on floor on my floor. Used utensils were on the floor. Ac were not effective. Overall pathetic experience.

Location is good and near by market but staff behaviour and service is average. Along with kindly book 2nd premium room other wise they provide customer very small room. Wifi not working.

Hotel Stay was just ok, breakfast was below average… very very limited. Cigarettes smoke & smell were coming into room from outside.

Nice hospitality best room service given by hotel. Xenia best stay helpful staf and good taste of food

Toilets were not upto mark, break fast was not ready on time. Overall cleanliness not upto mark
