The Staff was good in all way and same time i have reached midnight due to some train issues, yet they recieved the call and made all the arrangements and the food was also good and in way helped me to explore varanasi properly

Rats everywhere in the rooms. Pan marks everywhere. They don't clean. The staff is worst. Not at all recommended.

I visited there with my sister, the stay is fine but the staff is horrible. Mr. Raj seems nice but he is not present in the hotel often. The care taker seems to not care at all. Hygiene is poor. My room had mouse and cockroaches in it.
