Shivam Hotel

The hotel was quite disappointing, and the service was poor as well I had a very bad experience with the hotel and it's service.

All is good, the food, service location and staff behaviour is Excellent. This hotel was recommended by my friend.

property is located near varanasi junction railway station about 1 km but hotel is located in narrow gali where rikshae Or auto can go easily. Ultimately location is very good. Hotel rooms are not spacious but maintained and room service is good. Mr. Akash Srivastava and Mr. Pathak on reception behaved very well. A restaurant is also located inside hotel where foods and breakfast is available after 7 am. Overall a good budget hotel and I recommend to stay here preferably to those who are coming to Varanashi for Baba Vishwanath Darshan.

Not up to expections, room fully different from shown

Congested location, near varanasi junction. However they have their own parking space. Restaurant is pathetic, very slow service. Cannot eat there with family as after evening it's a very noisy bar. No separate restaurant.

Clean rooms, great room service, and helpful reception staff. Don't forget to carry your own locks, as they don't have good locking systems at some of the floors.

This is a very very bad hotel, it is not even a 1 star hotel. Very dirty, very unhygienic, they don't provide hot water in the bathroom, they don't provide a kettle in the room for hot water. Not a single hotel of water serves as complimentary. No towels in the room. Locality is very bad. Comparatively charge is tooo high. Very very bad experience

The hotel was really terrible the staff was so rude and we got 2 hours late to the hotel and even then the room was not ready. We had to change the hotel. The staff was so not interested that they didn't even care about if we cancel the booking or not

Rooms were big, neat and clean. Room service is excellent. Each staff has local idea and helped us to see all main things. Provided a very good service.

This place is close to the railway station. I would call it a lodge rather than a hotel. Things were average. They charged me for the water bottle which was unexpected at a 'hotel.

Location is perfect for traveling by train or bus. Food hygiene was satisfactory.

We stayed for two days. Hotel location is inside narrow road near banaras can’t railway station. Hotel room space was good but service was poor. Hotel restaurant was not meant for family.

The hotel is a budget hotel with descent facilities. The hotel is very close to bsb varanasi junction. The reception attender mr. Akash is a bit rude. Though the manager mr. Shresth is very very helpful. He takes extra care of his guests. The owner gives deaf ear to any of your requests, so better you talk to mr. Shresth, he is excellent with his delivery of his commitment.

Room was fine. Hotel was neat and clean. Location was near railway Station. It was a value for money stay.

The rooms are spacious but the facilities are not upto the mark. Food is terrible
