There was no room service, even for the tea, no exhaust fan in bathroom, ac wiring was open and tapped risky for occupant, lift was marked permanently out of order, cable tv was not recharged hence not working. Even soap, shampoo etc were not provided in second day, 1 room was permanently st-incing

I am a business traveller. Stay at Rajat Grand was a good experience and I would recommend this to the guys who was to save some bucks in their business travels. Although cleanliness is a problem in washrooms but rooms were good and comfortable, staff was courteous.
