Very bad experience at the hotel, firstly the staff are very rude, and i booked a room on mmt, but they told us we are not take bookings on mmt. After i pay the price. Etc etc.

Nice, peaceful stay. Hassle free check in check out.

room is not clean and bathroom also not good. bedsheet is old and not clean. food good. beheviour of the roomservice is not so good. paying but not givin also blanket. satisfaction not good👇.

The restaurant downstairs provides the best north indian food in vishakapatnam. The room dimensions are also good. Service is good, only issue was the a/c makes noise. (checked in two rooms)

Its terrible bedbugs are the real owner of the hotel

No hot water despite multiple calls to reception. No towels or toiletries in the room. Washroom is not clean. No amenities provided as promised while booking from makemytrip.

I stayed in Hotel Rajasthan for a night. I had to stay for 7-8 hour only as I had to catch my next train. So I booked Non-AC room. When we entered to the room we found there were no bed spread, no towel, no blanket, no soap or handwash in the room. It was very unhygienic. There were couple of empty alcohol bottles in the cupboard. After requesting basic things like soap, blanket and all they gave 1 towel and a blanket which was not at all looking clean. We had to pay money to get a soap because the service boy said their stock is over. There were not details in the room to call the reception so we went to reception and requested for some warm water. They said they will send to room in 10 mins but that never happened. It was a terrible stay in this hotel.

More over Hotel location is at a good location. Room is little specious

I and my friend checked in to this Hotel Rajasthan Palace in Vizag. We ordered some snacks and food which arrived around after long waiting time of 1 hour. The hotel employee who served food asking for payment for the food immediately so we told to receptionist that we will pay the amount of everything we will take from the restaurant at the time of check out but still at every order the waiter asked for the payment. Next morning we ordered 2 cups of tea which arrived after 45 minutes along with the reminder of payment for the tea. We complain about this to receptionist and she told to waiter for not asking for money as we will pay it at the time of check out but waiter did not obey the instructions of the receptionist. At the time of check out we paid money for everything and left the reception but the same waiter came and said that you people did not pay 30 Rs for the tea which we have already paid. We again went to the reception and told that we already paid but this time lady receptionist started arguing and talked very rudely and misbehaved with my friend. Somehow we settled the matter. I've stayed in numerous hotels but never seen this kind of non cooperative staff. The staff has no coordination between them. Pathetic experience.

Hotel staff behavior is good and good services provided to travelers but hotel is too much costly. Please decrease hotel room prices. Then customers will satisfy.

Nice location and near to railway Station and bus Station

TV : set top box is not available till 10pm, towel, dust bin, and water is not provided after lot of reminder.
