We first booked servostay vizag 3bhk apartments and they confirm to it.but i would like to inform to all the people who are booking for this stay after booking the stay and middle of the travel they called and told that the apartment is under renovation and could not accomodate the people and told that tbey will gove another apartment of them in another place and we have to pay extra amount which is jot linked to the payment meaning the extra payment will go to their the last moment you will not habe any other choices and you will take it but i’m requesting to the MAKE MY TRIP that these kind of embarassed situations you should know it when people travelling with their families and friends.our family travelling with 6people and when you go theough booking the stay they did not gave the option of selecting people but anyway rhey clearly mention in the make my trip profile of the stay that we can have all 3rooms in the apartment.so the simple logic is that if they stated that we can have all 3rooms if we come 2 guests or 6 guests it should not reflected to the booking of the stay.they should jot refuse the stay and they should not ask for extra money to stay when you are in middle of the journey.please MAKE MY TRIP you have to be aware of your apaetments and the people like these.My stay i felt very embareassed infront my family....i did not enjoyed the stay.
