very bad service Bedsheet and room cleaning is very darty . No water bottle available in room towel also not available in room

Very Bad experience with this hotel. Bad experience from room cleaning, washroom cleaning and service is very bad. In this price range other city have 3 star hotel with breakfast and dinner. very bad experience.

I had very bad experience. I was invited my guest for some to this hotel but after booking from mmt their was no room available. Although they managed one room but that was not the room for which i had paid 2400 rupees. If there was no room available then how could mm t take bookings. I want my refund.

First of all this property has very small rooms and don't have any proper management at all. Lift was not working properly. Rooms were not clean. Washroom too had same condition. Toiletries were not provided. Tv unit was not working. And their tariff is of a 5 star hotel

Washroom door handle was broken furniture like wardrobe and chair was damaged

Staff was very rude. I had booked for 3 person accommodation they had not provided the bed. Service was pathetic. Ask for hot water 3 time they had not provided. Rating - 0 (minus zero) star rating out of 10.

Dirty bedsheets no toiletey available, there was leakage of electric current in bathroom. Hotel staff agreed the same but refused to help

There is no buffet facilities available for breakfast, bathroom shower was not working some bad smell was coming in room, room decoration was good but maintenance was not good. Lift was not working. Coldwater was coming from the shower. In this hotel, you have to take a bottle from outside for drinking water. 1st time I got a very bad service response from MMT.

Excellent hotel service, great experience.

Delayed check-in, rooms not clean, AC not working, phone dead, TV disconnected, Given room in 4th floor but lift is not working, next also room does not clean till I return to the hotel at 10 pm, dustbin was full with garbage of earlier guests, switching off AC during night, service very delayed, breakfast options not available as written in menu. Simply all the bad experience which can ever happen. Will never stay here again.
