They don’t have gyzer to shower water connections. It’s a renowating construction bldg and you will have to go to 2 floor without lift with all your luggage back. And horrible is that they keep me waiting for 1 hour even after I was booked a room and they was saying they don’t have received any booking on my name…….. the receptionist should call and get confirmation from his owner but he asked me to call and get confirmation

Dear Sir, You checked-in in the hotel on 28.12.2023 at 7:30 p.m. The room was clean and you were served with water and tea from our kitchen. You checked out at 6:00 a.m and you were asking for aloo Paratha at 6 am. Our breakfast timing is 8-11 a.m in winters and our staff politely informed you of this. Every hotel has some rules about complimentary breakfast and every kitchen has some working hours, The kitchen can't work 24 hrs. We look forward to your next visit so that we can serve you better this time within our rules.
