Room was congested, they are not changing the bedsheet everyday. They are saying that they will change the bedsheet in every 3 days.

It was a wonderful experience. Best staff. Warm welcome. My family enjoyed the stay. Best views of ganga. Should definitely stay here if coming to banaras

I only sty 9. 30 pm to 6 am rest of day i out side the room for sight seen. A small i use the room.

Location is quite good as it is near ganges, but the condition of the rooms are in very terrible condition as they don't have proper blanket, attached washroom and proper ventilation. I will suggest you to go for another guest house rather than this.

OK, the first thing is that we stayed for 2 nights. There service was average. The bad things are—- (1)It was near the ghat, so no transport was available outside the gate. You have to walk for 10 min to go to the main road to find any transport. we had a lot of bags so it was really hard for us (2) they turn off the AC manually, so every time we came Hotel with sweetie and tired body we have to go downstairs and tell them to turn on the AC (3) no the big part at the last night they turn off the water supply and ask them to turn it on, but it don’t worry so we have to leave out the hotel early in the morning. The manager and all the stuff are good, but the management was poor.

Awesome Room Near Ghats, Staff is very cooperative. You dont have to worry about your lanes or roads room is in the bank of ganges river

My stay experience was good and staff behaviour good. Considering the price and location one of the good hotel to stay, check in and check out is very convenient.

Property is located in so narrow place and the place is very poor and dirty. However hotel view is ok from balcony. There is no room cleaning facilities, not changing the bed cover, pi-lo cover. Yes room service is good. No intercom is available in room, so we have to ring from our mobile phone to reception for order place. There is no geyser in bathroom, so whenever we have require didn't get hot water. Every time we need to call reception for asking any needs. Room size is too small, wardrobe is very small, tv is not working, no tea table or sitting arrangement. Everything had to be done on bed. Fooding price is also very expensive. So, overall experience is average markings. Also hotel is approximately 15-20 minutes walking distance from road and entire gali road you will have to carry your luggage to hotel, i think senior citizen have troubled with that.

Behave along with all hospitality is good. All services including food we get at the resionable price

First of all hotel stuffs are not cooperative at all, secondly it's location is not same as it's described. Totally horrible experience. Want to suggest everyone don't book this hotel.

The room was good, and bed and staff also but in that room i stay there have not air conditioning and one more thing is good you can reach ghat easily. Thank you

Bathroom clean nhi tha, area also not good bahut zada ander hai electric isse but not good for stay

After booking owner will call and ask how much you pay for this. After that they choose room for you. Another they don't care about your booking and all. They need only your money. Wrost owner. Wrost service. I can't reccomend to book this hotel.

Leela guest house is very good but make my trip very coastely don't booking by make my trip

Room was so small there was no any window in the room. No any celling fan in the room that's why we faced so difficulty in that room.

Leela guest is a very peaceful place. It's situated near ganga mansorovor ghat. And it is also a very safe for both male or female. So come visit banaras and pary in viswanath mandir bad see the famous sand-ha art i and enjoy whole night in ganga ghat.

Nice experience. Guest house is very close to ganga river. Owner is very gentleman and kind person. Downside room we faced network issue. If you are travel-ling with any girl and you want to stay in leela guest house whether you have taken a separate room for a girl however they will not allow you, they considered it as a couple so it is very unacceptable thing.

There was no cleanliness inside the hotel. The bathroom was very messy and there was no sanitizing facility inside.

Rooms were very small and no service was provided by the guest house, it’s not a guest house it’s just a house with small rooms where they ask you to stay and sleep, water and electricity issues and no support from staff once you checked in
