Room service in this hotel is beyond terrible. Even after calling numerous times. No one came for room cleaning. Utensils from dinner were still in the room till next evening. Room was clean but service was very poor.

Rates are too high
In restaurant food was very bad, dont buy there and costs also very high. Other things are good but very far distance to city

The first and foremost thing is that, they falsely created the hotel location in the google maps. Hotel property is not bad, but for a city like benaras, the location is very important

We express our regrets however putting such allegations online based on your misunderstanding can be misleading to our guests. The location is exact and accurate on the google map. You do understand tracing location is purely technical and that google is not a foul play to have location inaccuracy allegations. Our most ftis have reached the location with the same guidelines. A property opened at this level of grandeur would not make such mistakes. Yet your feedback is valuable. We suggest you to be open to this experience and take measures as letting the taxi driver communicate with the front office executive to trace the location if in case of such a hassle is caused.
