I had a pleasant stay at The Sunaina. The location is peaceful yet conveniently accessible. The food was tasty and fresh, with decent variety. They are very caring to there guests.. I was supposed to chekin at 11 Am but I reached ther at 8Am and they have managed one single room to fressup. At very prime location all the places of varansi is neer to this place. Room is good. No food option in stay. If breakfast is included you should have kachori sabzi that they bring for you. Major issue is with cleanliness. After you arrive no one cares to clean washroom and room , changing towels etc until you say to them. Even then only formality is done. Harsh is warm host but it is not good to be warm and not maintain cleanliness. When we were there wood work was going on giving constant noise and disturbance. Bathroom always keeps smelling. No packaged water bottle after day 1. They have water bottle fit in water vending machine. Overall not recommended.

Staff was good apart from that everything is horrible. They said promoting you to suit room which is horrible. No DG start when there was power outage. No restaurant and staff shall get you a road side breakfast when you prebioked with breakfast in the package. Price charged during off season and way too expensive. Very dirty in front of the room. Locality is very good.
