Birthroom not cleaning and bad condition hand shower not working poty pan not cleaning etc.very poor condition hotel plaza

Duniya mein agar koi bekar bokbach Leora balahotel hai to ahi hai.... Sala boltahai agar koi online me book karta hai to hamlog room ke jaga bathroom dete hai.....

My invoice showing i can check out anytime before 12 pm but the hotel staffs knocked my door from 9oclock and ask for checking out before 10. 00 am after my work i was always checking in late like 2am, 1. 30am so i need late check out sometime. Please look on this matter and do the needful

This is my horrible experience in this hotel, 1st by mistake i booked non ac room after reach hotel request for provide ac room and pay the difference amount they provide it too late, tv not working after complain they said cable connection cut off connect with own mobile wifi, if you use the toilet seat please use an umbrella reason continue water comes over your body reason of ac pipe, charges too high according this accommodation its just a 8 by 8 room fully compact and most important staff behavior horrible pathetic my strong suggestion don't choose this hotel my checkin to checkout experience very poor

Worst experience, dirty bedsheet, washroom, broken tap, electric plug not working, ac also not working. Just terrible.

The property's location is good. Cleanliness is above par. Cooperative behaviour. My experience was better than expectation.

Very rude behaviour received from reception. Room not specious. Food quality not good. Check out time also not good

The double room i had booked were very small. The bed hardly can fit two grown up adults. There is no leg space in the room only one people can go from one place to another in room. I am not a big fan of tv. Hence tv not working was fine for me. Bathroom ventilation directly opens in the room this is worst when i compare to my stay in any other hotel. Breakfast was complimentary and they were bringing cheap foods from outside and giving us. The foods were ot eatable. Staff behaviours were not good as they said us to check out early. After i complained to mm t then it get resolved. I will not recommend this hotels. As rooms are different. It's your luck that you get a good room to stay with your family.
