I use mmt off and on to make hotel/flight bookings and the experiences have been decent, until now. I am still squirming about my decision to book at hotel pearlinn, nagpur. The b/f choice was either poha or up-ma or a loo paratha with tea? the bed linen was dirty, the less about the toilet the better. Leaky wash basin, which had to be operated from both above and below to cut-off wearer supply when not in use, no mirror above the wash basin. You had to come to the main room to make use of the room mirror to shave and brush. The room had a central pillar. One needed to move around it to reach the bathroom. One had to open the bathroom tap for 10-15 minutes and monitor when the hot water would come. Waste of precious water. Tv was without a set-top box and i just viewed "blue light" for 2 days. On being asked to install the set-top box, the staff just said "evening tak karenge, "dusra set-top laga denge" etc. And i am checking-out now but the set-top box is yet to be installed. Overall, a horrible experience.
