I am writing to formally complain about my recent hotel booking made through MMT. When I reached the property, I was extremely disappointed to find that the rooms provided were completely different from what was shown on your website. The issues I faced included:
Very small and unhygienic rooms.
Dirty toilet seats, stained bedsheets, and pillows.
A rat found inside the room, making it unsafe and unacceptable for stay.
The property is located on the 4th floor, but the lift was not functional. This caused immense trouble, especially since I was traveling with my parents and a young child.
I have attached photo and video proof of the condition of the property.
This experience has caused my family and me great distress, physical discomfort, and mental agony. I trusted MMT for a safe and reliable experience, but this has shaken my confidence in your services. Before check-in itself, I realized that the property did not meet the standards shown on your website. I attempted to cancel the booking immediately, but the property staff were unresponsive and I also did not receive any timely support from MMT. This forced me into an unpleasant stay.
