service is very good and location beautiful. food are very nice and testy and staff behaviours and acknowledge good

Though the hotel is a good facility with proper hygiene and sanitation, yet the cleaning of rooms is not done daily and beds are not changed

The hotel was at a fine place with the view on river outside. However, the way to the hotel is quite sloppy making it difficult to carry all the luggage. The hotel was fine.

Everything was good. Food was excellent

Wifi was listed on the listing, but they didn't provide us, which impacted our work as we were on workation. The temperature was extremely cold, so we asked for hot water as it was mentioned that we could get hot water on request. We requested multiple times, and we got the hot water the next day, 1 hour before leaving the property. What an amazing service. The bedsheets were dirty.

Impaired room heater, didn’t replace it when asked. Room wasn’t good at all.

It was a pleasant stay in there, the staff was quite cooperative and the location is very nice as it is just 5 mins walk from the manikaran sahib.

Location was good. Neat and clean Hotel. Rest everything was also good.

Pathetic place to stay, no services, heaters were also so bad, no electricity backup, not hot water in taps, bathing water was dirty and washroom shower was leaked. Overall bad experience staying there.
