Pinewood inn is an amazing place to stay. Since i was a solo traveller everything was taken care of. The staff are really helpful and friendly!

It's Nice, Beautiful Homestay,,, Not A Hotel, Beautiful View from Balcony, Best Food. The services they provide us are very good. Cleanliness is Great. 5 stars to staff especially the guy serving us & 5 stars to services. No proper parking space,,, but Owner is very nice, polite & humble. He provides us parking nearby the stay. Breakfast not available,,, though it was written as free. Overall Great Stay👍,,, U should try it.

So pinewood as shown in the image wasn't very nice. The place didn't have clean washrooms. The rooms were by default cold. And it basically didn't show any signs of a welcoming.

As per booking room size was small, service was average tv not working even flush jet was not working rest all good location good ample parking.

The room was quite clean and nicely built. However, the service of the hotel was terrible there was no water for atleast 4-5 hours. The landline in the room didn't work to order something.

Worst hotel & worst service of mmt. Useless service of customer support rather i should say liar executives

Cold rooms with not such good washrooms(leakages, linens are also dirty and used one, hotel not able to provide unused linen.

I booked this hotel in off beat location far from market because there was food facilities but in actual they dont have that, the bathrooms have too much slippery tiles so my brother got massive head injury

There were a lot of issues with the hotel. The bathroom flush was broken, the balcony door was jammed, heater cost was Rs 500 even when there was no electricity, the breakfast food was cold and didn’t even have salt in it. Also, the in house food is expensive compare to the cafés outside.

I'll give zero but there is no option.

It was just good and good service staff were very good and faster service

1. Food quality is poor 2. Room hygiene is very poor 3. No one pick up the call before 9 am. They work with their standard time only

My stay was very pleasant. I was guided well by the hotel staff about the neighborhood. Best thing you can hire bike from here only at reasonable price and room balcony gives out a best view of parvati river and gigantic mountain.
