horrible experience with hotel. how can makemytrip charging- for third class room without proper verification. dirty bedsheets , washrooms , Fan was running with sound. hotel surrounding beer bottles were present. I left the room within 10 minutes of checkin. I claim from makemytrip my full amount refund against this booking as valuable customer. I am using ur app from last 2 years & booked many times. if not received my booking amount I will never book hotel/ packages . hope makemytrip will consider my request as valuable customer

Dorm beds were set up in the lounge area, where we slept alongside all the hotel workers. The washroom and bathroom were in terrible condition. In the end, we left our dorm bed the day after we checked in, even though our booking was for two nights.

coupleRoom was very dirty, bed sheet had holes in it. Towels were full of dirt. Seems like the room was last cleaned at the time of construction. Ordered parathas for which they took more than an hour. Also the taste was very average. The room pictures uploaded on the site are misleading. No chair, no dustbin, no toiletries. Please don’t bother wasting your money here.

The hotel provided an ideal environment for me to focus on my work with high-speed wi-fi and a comfortable workspace. But what truly made my stay unforgettable was the amazing view from my room. It was such a refreshing break from my busy schedule to look out at the beautiful surroundings. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling for business, workation or otherwise. We had an amazing stay at riverwoods! the tandoori dishes were the highlight of our trip, and we couldn't get enough of them. The bonfire in the evening was a lovely experience, and we enjoyed the breathtaking views of the river from our balcony. The staff were friendly and attentive, and our room was clean and comfortable. Highly recommend staying here!
