Customer oriented people but lacking basic amenities
Well I would give good ratings for the people only. Reception and hotel staff were good. But the room was unhygienic. Washroom toilet seat was broken. It was uncomfortable. Bedsheet and pillow covers were uncleaned. Location is good with 8 mins of walk from dwarakadish.

Amazing stay at Dwarka!
The location is superb, just a few minutes walk from the Dwarkadhish temple, market and bus stop. Check in and check out was super easy and hassle free. Cleanliness was on the spot. Breakfast was good, had fresh dosas, poori bhaji. Absolutely loved the hospitality. Warm, helpful and courteous staff. Wifi was a little issue but did not use it that much. Best part was the evening street food right outside the hotel. The chef, Prahlad was really good! Paneer tikka roll and Paneer chilly roll was excellent. Highly recommend this hotel. One small advise: I travelled with a senior citizen, my mom, who had a small issue with the mattress which was not comfortable. I am sure a lot of travelers would be seniors or people traveling with seniors. If possible, please keep some hard mattresses for seniors with back issues. Very good stay though!

The room was pretty and the location is so good. The staff was also polite and nice and the hotel's food was also great inspite we faced some light issues in the beginning for 30 minutes but other than that a very smooth stay!! The location is good, the restaurant is good. Hospitality is not so good, breakfast is not so good. Also, a lot of facilities mentioned are not there. It should be half the cost. It forced me to take an extra bed for the kid, but at the same time did not provide the bed till we asked for it. TV in the room was not working.

Unacceptable experience
The power cut off at least five times in front of me, and at night it was out for about an hour. It was a terrible night—my family couldn’t sleep properly. The most frustrating part is that the receptionist just said, ‘What should we do?’ and the manager never showed up even once.
