Average Stay
Location is good, room was clean and tidy. We checked in at around 4.30PM and noted that there was some issue with the AC. It was reported to the reception. Technician came and made some changes in the settings of the AC control monitor and showed us that. For some time it went well but there was the same problem thereafter. It was informed and an attendant came and went. The problem didn't get resolved and when we were persistent, we were offered an alternate room on another floor, at *11.30 PM* when we were supposed to be long asleep. A few friends who came to meet us were kept waiting at the reception and I had to come down and plead with the GM before they were let in.

I recently stayed at Paramount Tower Hotel, Kozhikode, and had a very comfortable and enjoyable experience. The location of the property is one of its biggest advantages — it’s conveniently situated near the railway station, Palayam market, and the beach, making it easy to explore the main attractions of Calicut. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, providing a relaxing atmosphere after a long day. The staff were courteous, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. The food at the in-house restaurant was delicious, offering a good mix of traditional Kerala dishes and other cuisines. The breakfast buffet had a nice variety and was fresh and flavorful. The facilities such as parking, Wi-Fi, and room service were all well managed. The overall hospitality and comfort made my stay truly pleasant. I would highly recommend Paramount Tower Hotel to anyone visiting Kozhikode for either business or leisure — great location, great food, and great service!

Good Stay
Stay was comfortable and enjoyable, with excellent ventilation throughout the property. The staff were friendly and attentive, contributing to a pleasant experience. However, the lift had long waiting times and was quite slow, which was inconvenient. Additionally, the handheld shower connector was broken, which could use attention for future guests.

Very good
The location of the hotel was quite good. The room was for 3 adults but they gave only one water bottle. Also the mini fridge was not working, the kettle was broken too. The staff said they would replace it if we told them but we never bothered. The breakfast was very good with salads, fruits, juices etc. Overall the experience was very good.

Poor Stay
the location is great. It's close to SM street. but, the room where we stayed OKish. there was no exhaust in the bathroom. There was a pungent smell when we entered the bathroom. other than this , the food was great over here.

Good Stay
These are the hotels one used to stay long before MMT. Association with MMT have brought these hotels to maintain good standards of hospitality. The stay at Paramount was comfortable and uneventful.

Really friendly and accommodating staff. Very polite. Food was really good! The location is really close to the station, beach, and Paragon restaurant. The Suite room was really nice and cozy! The hotel is a little old, and hence there is a musty, old furniture smell in the room. Could use some room fresheners.and Do some improvement

Kudos to Paramount Tower staff
We stayed at Paramount tower only for a night (2 rooms ). We checked in late night and even then it was very smooth. Hotel staff were really nice and we had a great experience overall. Location of the hotel is very convenient. While checking out I had forgotten a bag at the hotel and I realized it only after reaching my home. Without wasting time, I contacted the hotel and they were more than courteous courier my bag to my home address. Really appreciate their prompt response and timely assistance. Kudos to team paramount tower.
