the staff was courteous and helpful. the room was clean ambience was good towel bedsheet were clean.

Location is good. But infront of the hotel dogs are receiving the guest. Not hygienic. Tolets are not having cleanliness. Apart from cleanliness all the other aspects are quite ok

Very comfortable stay. Linen quality should be improved. Courteous staff and facilities nearby. Value for money.

It was a plea-sent experience. The staff was also helpful. There are a lot of places nearby to explore. You can also take the bus easily from here.

1. Hotel manager behaviour is very bad. 2. At the day time ac and hot water systems electricity supply off from hotel staff. 3. Hotel manager direct say to customer dont book hotel through make my trip from next time.

The room was not clean. Bed sheets & other things were dirty. Rooom was too small as compared with prices

Positive: Easily locatable, clean premises and rooms, life, rooms with AC and geyser, restaurant nearby, the live place for an evening walk, clean rooms and bathrooms, affordable, camera surveillance, well-connected, good/freshwater in the bathroom. Negative: 1. They keep the room always open. Even after room service, they keep it open. Strange!!! 2. They demand key always when we go out. (Can't trust our valuables), 3. they allow smoking in their rooms, there's an ashtray there!! (though the room felt fresh this time, it may not be so always). Overall- A good place to stay in!

Disappointing stay with sorry facilities. Not even single thing is right and for small things need to call them. Hygiene and cleanliness is equally bad.
