Old hotel
businessIts a very old hotel. Needs thorough renovation. Only good thing is that the hotel is in the center of the city. Not recommended.

The rooms were large but not very clean. The bathrooms oils were smaller. The hotel tariff was not having the breakfast inclusion. The swimming pool was also not functional. Not worth as per the rates charged which are very high. The staffs were very polite

With regards to the breakfast not being included in the rate, your reservation through the portal was for room without breakfast. Had you selected the rate with breakfast, the same would have been provided to you. Due to a technical problem, the swimming pool is under maintenance and will be operational soon. We do hope that you will give us another opportunity to serve you again in the future.

Perfect location, superb courteous staff, ample space in rooms, choicest of menu, all amenities beyond what available at hotel at a walking distance, what more can anyone ask for more?

Excellent location, best food and helping staff
This was my 5 time in hotel pacific, dehradun, always found best in dehradun. Hotel staff is very polite and helpful, restaurant is excellent and rooms are very comfortable. I will stay again whenever i visit dehradun. Go for it.

Pleasant stay
This is a nice place to stay if you are on a business trip. There is nothing fancy about it but things you normally require are in place. We had an efficient check in and check out, the staff are polite and helpful and i found responses to any request very prompt. Food is good and therefore as i said earlier, nothing to crib about. . It's also in a very good location and accessibility to shopping areas is a plus. Though they have a swimming pool it wasn't operational. Other things that could have been added are a steam and sauna facility and a boutique dhop overall, nothing to crib about

It was an excellent stay at hotel pacific. The restaurant was delivering delicious and varieties of food. The front office staff and the housekeeping staff are cordial and cooperative. Located in a accessible and important area. No traffic rush in front. Parking available. It was a nice stay.

Average Stay
Price for the hotel standard doesn’t match. Room cupboards were dirty, they need to be painted. Breakfast was very average, very limited options also staff was seems very untrained. They should know how to serve.
