Amazingly beautiful and clean hotel.. nicely constructed… services like restaurant and cleaning was amazing.. very tasty food and great hospitality.. very courteous and polite staff.. would love to come again.. budget friendly in respect to other hotels in same range

excellent choice best hotel near fort
We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Centrally located and overlooking the Fort particularly at night is a rare scene to enjoy Restaurant is serving tasty food with nice quality is also an added advantage. Overall we had nice time here during entire stay.

we had an amazing experience at jaisalmer. hotel is very beautiful decorated sand stone. neat and clean rooms. clean washroom. Nice fort view from restaurant. staf is very nice and helpful

Terrible Stay
we check in 6pm and he shown me different room what we booked. After argument we got our room and he is not given bathroom kit. After 11pm suddenly our fan was stopped. I called given number bcz no one there in service. he said generator not working. only light will work other will not work. we have our 2 children. there are lots of mosquitos in room. in morning there is no water in toilet and no hot water for bath. we complaint again but he is not responding again. he said it's a generator problem so no water will be there. I must said there is pathetic service I have ever experience.

washroom and bathroom. condition. was horrible and room hygiene is just ok ok. there is no rooftop restaurent as mansion in your site. even there is no tea available

Over all good stay.
Good property but location is congested. Faced the problem of the water supply in the washroom. Staff was cooperative.

very bad location and unsafe
It is located at very bad location. Surrounding is not good. Receptionist was not good while talking. I did not find place safe at all.

avoid this hotel at any cost
I'm extremely disappointed with my recent stay at ozaki heritage The most basic amenity, water supply, was nonexistent throughout my entire stay. Yes, you read that right - NO WATER SUPPLY for the entire duration of my visit. *Issues Encountered* - No water in the bathroom sink, shower, or toilet - Unable to brush teeth, wash hands, or take a shower - Had to rely on bottled water for drinking and basic hygiene - Hotel staff seemed unconcerned and unapologetic about the issue *Unacceptable Experience* This is unacceptable for any hotel. The lack of water supply made my stay uncomfortable, inconvenient, and downright unpleasant. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. *Advice to Management* Get your basic amenities in order before expecting guests to pay top dollar for a subpar experience. Invest in a reliable water supply system and train your staff to be more empathetic and solution-focused. *Warning to Potential Guests* If you value your basic human needs, such as access to clean water, stay far, far away from this hotel

It was a terrible experience. There was no water supply during the whole stay. There are even cigarette burns on the bed sheet. No toiletries available

Disappointing stay - Avoid this hotel
I recently had the misfortune of staying at this hotel with my family, and it was undoubtedly one of the worst experiences I've had. The rooms were unclean and poorly maintained, with holes in the bed sheets. To make matters worse, there was no water supply, and basic toiletries were not provided. Unfortunately, our stay was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The management needs to seriously work on improving their services and maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for guests.
