Good stay at reasonable price. Location is average in outskirts. But the breakfast was fantastic in this much price.

Terrible infrastructure, rooms and bathroom smells terrible, dirty bedsheets and all paints on walls of rooms are peeled off only good thing in hotel was its staff

Excellent service, very polite people, food arrangements and food quality is very good. Cultural programs are well presented. All in all a very good stay at jaisalmer to make memories.

This hotel has been a very bad experience. There is a stark difference between its outside building structure and inside arrangements. We paid a good amount for having a minimum infrastructure and hygiene. But, it was a terrible experience. It is more like a dharmshala. The linen was very old and dirty, the room did not have electric kettle room heating facilities. In the name of tv, they have given a computer monitor. The towels were equally old and filthy. There were no toiletries in the bathroom. Bathroom did not have running hot water. When enquired they said, it will come in the morning. Overall, i would not recommend this to anyone who is paying more than 1000 bucks to stay in this hotel.

Priya hotel is a very good hotel and the care taker of the hotel is also very good. I reached the hotel early in the morning and was arranged a super deluxe room in peak tourist season. I am very thankful to the team taking care of the hotel. The location of the hotel is near the fort and all the facilities are available in the vicinity of the hotel. The room is very clean and specious. The behavior of the staff is very good, breakfast is also very good as it is homemade food.

i stayed in the hotel for 3 days, i liked the cleanliness of the room, all the facilities inside the room were good. Food and drinks are also good and tasty, the behavior of the hotel staff was good. These are very luxurious and good hotels.

Great service they provide hot water at every time and early morning even they give early check in which no other hotel provides

They give me oldest room from hole hotel every things in room is so bed and darty they give glass was not wash and they told this room is dulex room i sow another dulex room that was good. Bad experience.

There are clear cut double standards. They are showing something else and selling something else in actuals. Rooms and sheets are unhygienic and towels were torn and even after complaining to staff there was no response at all. Hell of a experience for me

the room was not very clean. hotel management was poor. people were doing laundry sorting out in corridor blocking way of all the guests and making it like a washing area. hotel staff was not willing to support out of the way. won't recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Average hotel. Most of the rooms don't have natural ventilation, not even windows. The restaurant staff is untrained to handle guests. The hotel doesn't have it's own parking. It is on the road. Cleanliness and other aspect are good

Had to stay in three diff hotels due to my ticket issue between 15 to 31 dec. Hotel priya was the best experience. While it's a new hotel or at-least new staff, they lack proactiveness but we're very quick in supplying what we needed. Staff is courteous and hears you out, gives option. Rooms are roomy and well kept.
