Review Of HOTEL ORIENT BLUE

The room was untidy. Basic facilities were not there. They charged hefty amount for the facilities they provided. There was no staff, no phone facility, they did not even provided exhaust fan in the washroom. The bed was stinking, there was very bad smell in the room, it was horrible staying there.

Veery bad service and food

make my trip showing before booking an Ac room but the voucher gave me a Non Ac room.

I have a good experience. The location is super, amenities and services are average as per the price which I have paid and felt a bit expensive.

The room smelt of sewer.. they changed the room when I complained.. but the changed room had an Indian toilet.. with the same smell..

Hotel charges me extra 500 for just 1 hours more stay and also room has no Air conditioner

I had booked a room at Hotel Orient for 21st May 2025. My check-in time was scheduled for 12 PM, but due to my train being delayed, I reached the hotel at 12:41 PM. My check-out time the next day was 11 AM. I requested them to allow a 30-minute extension, but the staff completely refused. There was a TV in the room, but it didn’t work. Every time I asked, they made excuses, saying there was a technical issue. Later, I ordered a paneer paratha, but they brought me an aloo paratha instead. The staff is quite careless, except for a few members. Considering the per-night charges, proper facilities should be provided. Even when you place an order, it takes hours to reach your room. This is what I personally experienced. This was my first experience, and I came here with high expectations, but I was completely disappointed by the hotel's service and the behavior of the staff. My Room No. is 105.

The stay was by and large good,food was also good but morning bed tea not available, location is good

Everything was well organised , clean and staff behaviour was good. I recommend having a nice stay with family.

Rooms are clean, hotel location is also good, only improvement needed is provision of morning tea.

Reception manager said your booking is not confirmed but make my trip give confirm booking of hotel. Bad experience

Staircase was very dirty. Good room and staff behavior. Location of hotel is good. No lift is found in this hotel. So problem of old person to go through starecase.

Everything is good and found supportive staff here. The room and it's interior is also attractive and forces anyone to stay and spend some extended hours or days here.

Fabulous facilities.

In hostel room. There was no telephone everything time i have to go reception for any kind of service. So, service may had been better.

This hotel is not courteous and lacks adequate room service, they charged for drinking water in spite of provisions of complementary drinking water and late checking -in in spite of a reque

Hotel room was too dirty. They have not changed bed sheet after changing previous guest. They have no tv recharge no dust bin. No room service. Dirty and smelled room. Kuch accha hi nah i hai is hotel me. Isse accha sarkari bathroom hota hai.

It's been good to be there. The staffs are very generous is nature.
