Review Of Hotel O Vibhu Residency

Hi Makemytrip Team, It was a very bad experience as discussed over the phone. Major fault lines: 1) None verification of property - do you visit site in-person and verify whether it exists or not? 2) How come when I call property owner and get connected to someone else from another hotel? I wouldn't like to travel again. Now onwards, I'll book but pay only when I visit the site. PFA: Payment screenshot Hotel Visiting card (fraudulent one) Please take tangible actions on Vibhu Residency + this Krishna Residency. Both are or may be same person running both hotels. Furthermore there's no refund despite MakeMyTrip commitment over phone.

Water not available, no a/c working, t. V. Not working, moskito in room

First of all if you are reading this review then i suggest you to book some another hotel if you are going to enjoy because after checkin in this hotel your mood and entire day will going to be spoil. Terrible service, third class room, no towels, room are so much dirty, there bedsheets are dirty, there ac are just for a show(even my fan gives more cooling than there ac. I asked the hotel manager to change room couple of times but instead of giving a+ service to there guest they start making excuses like there is no light connection is another rooms(most silly excuse i had ever listened. We were there to spend our night but we checked-out in mid day only because our mood and day was spoiled because of the terrible room and service. Also in the end hotel manager took my phone and open the mmt app by himself to give review. Unfortunately he didn't able to do that because i took my phone from his hand and i said that i will do by myself( slow claps for hotel manager.

Location easy to find, behaviour of staff is nice, parking facility inside the building
