coupleThey asked to come and take the water bottle which is complimentary. Food quality was pathetic. The staff shouts in the whole corridor and say that this is not a big issue.

Changed room 3 time and then left

1st room was disgusting, insects everywhere and the the view was of a garbafe can outside 2nd room was reletavily clean but no wifi on the 4th floor and the balcomy was disgusting 3rd room : okayish, and aort of clean, bathroom was bad, tried to take a shower and there was no water, the staff told me it would take time, also the shower handle came off while i was using it. Called mmt and they gave me a coupon but that was all had to book anither hotel and l left this one which i had prebooked for 4 nights!

The location is quite okay, as it is near botanical garden metro station, the food was not good and a complete waste of money for me.
The safety measures can be enhanced, by making small changes like thermal checks, regular sanitization, wearing gloves while serving etc.
